Supporting Out of the Darkness Campus Walk

On Saturday, April 19, an enthusiastic group of Homewood Rotarians participated in Homewood High School's (HHS) inaugural "Out of the Darkness" campus walk in support of suicide prevention. Organized by founding member of HHS Kindness Club, Allie Grace Broadhead, the walk exceeded the fundraising goal of $15,000. Homewood Rotary donated $1,200 towards this worthy cause, manned a water station and joined the walkers.
